Working with Firmsme.com on Health Storey | Life Update |

I'm finished with the writing / photography collaboration for Salaterre.  What I learned doing the collaboration is that a whole year is difficult when you are doing it for fun and the printer is not working.

Dr. Horstkamp and I are going to continue writing and taking photographs in 2025.  I will update you about the next collage book when we begin working on it. 

Dr. Horstkamp is currently writing about detox and wellness and I'm working on the online course for Firmsme.  The course will be available on healthstorey.

I work with Trefuly and  Firmsme in the London area.   The Health Storey project is a series of detox programs for wellness and longevity.  So far we are on day 34 of the detox POC and I'm getting in pretty good shape doing a low intensity workout program and eating in a calorie deficit.  I decided to snowboard this winter and am reducing my bodyweight to an athletic percentage (14 to 20 percent).

I'm not taking my body measurements in a traditional way.  Instead I'm looking at the level of bodyfat on my body.  There are two signals that you have reached that level of bodyfat of an athlete so once they show up, I will know I've reached my goal.  

On day 34, I'm not there but I am in a size S/XS for athletic clothes and a size large in dance clothes.    

My outerwear for snowboarding is a size UK10 European 38 US 8.   My goal size has to do with those two fat measurements I mentioned and that will be in the book if the POC is accurate.  

The POC is for 90 to 180 days.  The book will be published in 2025 and is called the Crazy Eight Detox.
